Wir brauchen Hilfe: Neue Co-Mods gesucht.

Liebe Mitglieder,

wenn die Gruppe weiter bestehen soll, dann brauchen wir wirklich aktive Hilfe und sind deshalb auf der Suche nach weiteren Co-Moderatoren aus allen Kunstrichtungen.


Aufgaben:

:bulletblue: Abstimmen über Aufnahme/Ablehnung bei allen Einsendungen (und, falls wir das wieder einführen: auf Wunsch konstruktive Kritik geben).

:bulletblue: Beantwortung von Mitgliederfragen/ -nachrichten.

:bulletblue: Ideen für Aktionen (z.B.Wettbewerbe) und Hilfe bei der Durchführung.

:bulletblue: Übernahme von organisatorischen Aufgaben, wenn's mal eng wird (wir alle haben ja auch ein RL).


Mitzubringen:

:bulletblue: Freude an der Kunst, auch an Stilrichtungen, die man selbst nicht verfolgt.

:bulletblue: Freundlichkeit.

:bulletblue: Spaß an Teamwork.

:bulletblue: Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.


Bevor Ihr Euch bewerbt überlegt bitte gründlich, ob Ihr auch entsprechend regelmässig Zeit dafür habt. Normalerweise liegt der Aufwand bei deutlich weniger als einer Stunde pro Woche, aber diese Zeit solltet Ihr zuverlässig aufbringen können. Wir brauchen Leute, die sich langfristig und aktiv engagieren können. Macht Euch bitte bewusst, dass die ganze Gruppe von Eurer Mitarbeit abhängt.


Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, dann schreibt einfach ein paar Zeilen über Euch (Spezialgebiet, Erfahrung als Künstler, ob Ihr Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Gruppen habt, etc) als Kommentar zu diesem Blogeintrag.

Wir freuen uns darauf, von Euch zu hören.

Well, yeah, so... I still have a lot of RL stuff going on and not much time for dA and therefore have to thank all of you here in this journal again for your comments, favs, watches and llamas. I honestly really appreciate all of them :love:

Apologies, a bit of a rant and features

Dear friends,
I'm really sorry for the lack of activity but my real life has become super busy this year. So, for the first time, I have to delete all messages and notes since there are simply too many. I still very much appreciate every comment, favourite and llama :love: but I don't have the time to respond at the moment :hug: I'll still look at all of your deviations, though. :)

On to the, uh, rant:
Dear dA, for the first time in more than a decade, I seriously consider letting my Premium-/Core Membership expire. Not because I'm leaving - I very much intend to stay but because of one single but really annoying issue: The state of the Photography Gallery. One of my favourite things to see what's going on and/or to catch up has always been to browse Favourites 24 hrs or one month. However, over the past years, you have allowed it to become a "miscellaneous" dump full of stolen images (remember when dA would actually remove those?), memes and random non-photography submissions. I consider myself to be pretty good at glancing over images that don't interest me but they have become way too many. Did I write to the gallery mods about this? Sure thing. No reply, though - seems like they've just given up :shrug:. 
I know others who have left because of this or withdrawn their support so I'm going to express my opinon with my wallet, too. Dear dA, I still love you but if you want my €, start to actually moderate the Photography galleries again.
